# Dashboard issue

 * Hi,
    I can access the dashboard, but can’t make any changes there, I can’t open“
   screen options”, can’t move widgets etc. After deactivating your plugin I have
   acces to all options. Activating the plugin blocks all options again.

 * please clear your browser/server cache. We recently updated the javascript code
   that controls our widgets and charts, and it sounds like your browser is still
   loading the old code.
