    Hello everyone,

I have followed the steps and managed to install Dyapress on my WordPress website. There was an error at first that prevented a proper installation but I have disabled all my other plugins and that seemed to solve the problem.

Now apparently the dashboard isn’t displaying correctly (screenshots in the link). Everything’s updated, my browser included (Firefox), cleared cache but it still displays kind of “dismantled”. I even asked WordPress support to look into and they have updated some core files and changed the theme but the problem persists.

Could anyone please tell me what I’m doing wrong here

     Thanks a million!

    Hi interalim,

Sorry for bad display which is effectively not normal, can you please tell me which PHP version you are using, which DyaPress ERP/CRM plugin version you are using as well. Can you please tell me which WordPress plugin you are using ? as it seems conflict has happened ? If it is possible to send me error_log of apache (not all the file but FATAL error which is the most probable, as some CSS are generated by PHP script and may be problematic)

    Kind regards,
    François.

    Hello François

    Thank you for the response.

I’m using DyaPress ERP/CRM 16.0.5.22 on WordPress 6.2.2. You will find all server info on the screenshot (link below). As for the error log, I’m sorry I’m not sure how to access it, I’m kind of a noob and I don’t know my way around all the technical stuff. But if it’s necessary I would contact WordPress support and get it.

Thanks a lot, I’m really relying on your help

    Hello,

My apologies for the late response.

The problem still persists and I’m afraid I can’t provide you with the error_log, I have tried but it seemed too technical for me, I’m really sorry.

I have emailed you the link to the website and a screenshot of the plugins list. I know I’m probably asking for too much but I would really appreciate your help. I wouldn’t know what to do otherwise.

    Thanks a million

Hi, I made a new release 16.0.5.24 but I do not expect your problem to be fixed, but maybe can you check please ?

    Kind regards,
    François.

    Hello,

I had auto-updates enabled so it must have updated itself last night. When I checked this morning it disappeared entirely, can’t find Dyapress nowhere on my WordPress dashboard. It still shows as an installed plugin but can’t access it. It gave this error :

“Error in DyaPress to setup the installation directory : cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 64151923 out of 69472427 bytes received

I will try what you suggested in your email and get back to you. In the meantime, if you can think of anything that might help, I would very much appreciate it.

    Thanks once again for everything

    Hi,

Maybe you do not have enough disk space left available ? Normally It should catch the error and report it.

If no DyaPress is left available, you may uninstall it and reinstall it, by default DyaPress do not remove any data associated as it could be dangerous (and loose all your data)

    Please let me known.

    Kind regards,
    François.

    Hello,

It’s not a disk space problem, I have many Gb left on my web hosting. And I have already tried reinstalling but I get the same error over and over again.

I’m starting to think that the problem comes from my hosting plan. I have an EasyWP plan if you know what that is (they call it Managed WordPress Hosting), it kind of makes things easier on beginners like myself. Therefore I don’t have a cPanel like “regular hosting plans”. But then again, I managed to install Dyapress once after deactivating all my plugins so it’s probably not it!

Maybe this info helps somehow… Thank you for trying so hard to help

    Hi interalim,

I responded to your private message, check your inbox to allow me getting a more precise error message.

    Hi interalim,

We fixed enough bug so that I can upload a new release 16.0.5.25 which contains a more precise error message for you, can you test it and give me again debug.log by email please ? You can ignore the mail I send to you.

    Kind regards,
    François.

    Hi interalim,

Normally the last release 16.0.5.26 contains a fix to increase download timeout which may help as I didn’t realize it was probably the main error.

    Kind regards,
    François.

    Hi interalim,

I send you an email for retrying installation completely and to send me your debug.log so that I can check there are no more errors.

Please let me know as I have an ongoing 16.0.5.27 which fixes multisites which was not right, i will add another fixes if possible for you according to debug.log as well.

    Kind regards,
    François.

    Hi interalim,

I send you an email with a new dyapress-main.php file which may fix the too much optimized Nginx if you can try, it should avoid the 404 error always displayed for rewritten .css and .js special files.

Please let me known if it is working nicely now ?

    Kind regards,
    François.
