Dashboard in text

    Hello
    in this moment i have problems with the dashboard, i see only text and no the traditional Dashboard.
    The front office is ok, everything works.
    What can i do ?, i believe the css are not working but i dont know how to fix them.

    Download a fresh copy of wordpress and unzip it.
    http://wordpress.org/download/

    FTP to your site, then delete and re-upload the wp-admin and wp-includes folders.

    thanks for your answer, do i have to make a copy of my blog first??
    What kind of risks do i have doing all that?

    If you not modified any wordpress core files (default wordpress files) then you do not need to worry. But I recommend to take a backup before proceeding.

    i did what you told me, and a fatal error appears:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_admin() in /homez.10/laluchad/www/blog/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16

    what can i do??
