  • You don’t have your hosting with DreamHost (just DNS) so I can’t debug as easily as I might.

    What other plugins are you running?

    Who is your webhost?

    What version of PHP are you using?

    (Also? You don’t appear to have DreamObjects, so I’m not sure what good the plugin would do you)

    The issue is that I was given access to only a portion of the site, the subdomain. The site is handled by someone else and I have been unsuccessful trying to reach them. With that said, I’m not sure who the host is or the PHP. As for the other plugins there was at least 10 prior to when it went down. I know the site was built by GIN – Group Interactive Networks.

    I’m assuming that the issue is the hosting company.

    Well before we chase it down, have you even purchased DreamObjects? It’s a beta product for DreamHost customers, so if you don’t have that, or an account with DreamHost, there’s no point in having the plugin at all 🙂

    If you DO have it, what site are you running this on? Maybe I can find your host for you.

    Yes I did sign up for it, the site is http://www.gammaalphaomega.com/nationalconvention/ the site continues to work but I’m unable to make changes on the back-end.

    http://www.gammaalphaomega.com is also not hosted on DreamHost. You’re on BlueHost.

    Also I looked at your account (lor…) on DreamHost, and you don’t have DreamObjects. Do you have multiple accounts? I looked based on your email address and just found one where you registered DNS for your photo website.

    Anyway, I really don’t support this on non-DreamHost servers. if it works, great, and if not, there are a lot of reasons. You need to go in via FTP and delete the plugin folder for DreamObjects. That will get your site back. If you can’t get in, call BlueHost. They’re cool people and should be able to help.
