Dashboard Error: The system cannot find the file specified.

I tried to follow a login link on my website to my dashboard today, and randomly, it told me that “The system cannot find the file specified.” This only happens to Dashboard pages- the entire front-end of my website is functioning correctly…but obviously it’s useless without access to the dashboard. Any tips?
