# Dashboard editing

 * I want to edit the Dashboard page but cannot find it when i click “Edit page”–
   it just shows sample page that i have to choose. When i click “Edit with Elementor,
   i get an error Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call‘
   the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work
   on this page.
   How can i fix this with elementer v4.2.4 and wp 7.1 and tutor lms
   4.0.8?

 * Thank you for reaching out. The Tutor LMS Dashboard page is not directly editable
   with Elementor, which is why Elementor displays the “content area was not found”
   error.
 * For customization, you would need to use our template override method. Alternatively,
   you can create a separate page, add the Tutor LMS Dashboard shortcode, and customize
   that page with Elementor according to your requirements.
