    You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel access to rename the plugins folder:

    wp-content
     plugins.HOLD

    Try disable all plugins.
    Could you get debug info by adding this code in the middle of wp-config.php:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Ok – Thanks – however that-there language is above my pay grade.
    I got it sorted out – it was the wordpress ad widget.
