 * Hi,
    I have two different WordPress accounts. The dashboards have different contents,
   one is for instance missing the “Plug-In” section (annoying and frustrating!),
   how can I set-up the Dashboard to include what I need to set up the blog properly?

 * When you log into the Dashboard you’ll see an option on the top left that says
   Screen Options. Click on that and you should be able to select/de-select the
   dashboard items you do and don’t want.
 * There are also a few plugins you can search for that help with this.
