I am kind of a newbie – and not at all a techie – so bear with me . . . In Dashboard there are comments and feedback. I have been using a “contact form” since comments did not seem to be working correctly. Now all the contact forms are going into feedback – which only gives me two options – spam or trash. Some of these are valid comments that I would like to have on the blog. 1) is the feedback because of the contact form 2) how do I move them to show as comments on the blog 3) I have plugins of askimet and disqus – and is one or the other the issue. What am I doing wrong. Thanks.
It looks like a problem because you are using disqus comments plugin. For an authentic answer, please post your question at the plugin’s dedicated forum: http://wordpress.org/plugins/disqus-comment-system/
