Dashboard and rich text editor malfunction

    Hey all.
    I have installed a wordpress blog for a cms at comspec11.in and I am having a few problems.

    1. drop down menus and widget drag-drop doesn’t work.

    2. The rich text editor doesn’t have most of the options and i don’t see the text when i am typing it. But highlighting the text area reveals that the text has actually been typed. Also, editing typed text reveals some sort of html like tags like </p>

    in fact i only get the same buttons present on the reply editor of this forum, but the text in the text area seems to be white.

    For all of your info, I tried plugin deactivation and it doesn’t work.

    I have tried appending define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to wp-config.php and it half-works – The widgets page opens and gives me drag-drop if i type comspec11.in/wp-admin/widgets.php#screen-options but going to the dashboard main page first displays the page while it is loading but the page goes blank as the web page finishes loading.
    I’m in a pinch here. So please help me out.
