Dark overlay only on tablets and phones

    Hi,
    I’m working on a website which is built by oceanwp as theme, elementor and slider Revolution. The problem is anything in my website is darker than usual on any tablet and phone but everything is ok on any desktop (any laptop and pc). I’ve searched so many forums in the internet but They didn’t came handy In this particular case. Unfortunately I’m not good at coding…

    By the way…
    First, I deactivated any plugins on my website but it didn’t help!
    Then, I switched to WordPress default theme (Twenty nineteen). It didn’t help again!

    I would be appreciated if you help me. I really need it…

    Hello,

    If it doesn’t work with other themes also, then I don’t think it is a theme related issue. It may be a plugin conflict. Try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict. Can you share the site link so that I can check it?

    No, I does’nt relate to plugins as I said before, I disabled all plugins but it does’nt help again.

    Anything you can see in the pages are darker than usual like images, colors, buttons and …

    I checked your site on mobile but didn’t see the dark overlay. Can you please share a screenshot of the issue?

    Sorry Amit for delay,
    I finally found out this is an issue on any mobile phones and tablets and and it is not related to my website. Any other websites has this problem. for example, I checked Apple or Samsung website and find out they have the same problem. Any portable devices like mobile phones and tablets show websites darker than usual (Even photos). It is related to to the mobile phones and tablets screens. For test, I took a screenshot from my laptop screen and send it to other mobile phones and tablets and I saw it is darker again.

    It was really unexpected! Why should mobile companies set their screens to show darker than usual?!

    It may be your phone settings. I didn’t see any dark overlay on my mobile phone.

    But I tested it any other phones and tablets. more than 10
    I know it’s odd but it happened. are you sure you do not have this problem?
    is any brightness in your laptop as same as your phone?! as I said before it’s not about a website. any website which we’ve checked is different in portable devices and laptops.
    I asked my friends to check it themeselves again and they confirmed me.
    I can’t undersatand why it does’nt happen to you!!

    Yes, I’m sure. I don’t have the issue as you mentioned.
