Dark Mode 2.0 Glitches

    We updated the plugin this morning but now the dark mode is very glitchy. It half works or not at all. Turning it on or off sometimes does nothing. I bought the Dark Mode Ultimate and really want to keep using it but right now it just does not function correctly. Can this be looked into? If we have to wait for another update can we get the previous version to reinstall? We are running Elementor 3.1

    Hey @geekvibesnation

    Obviously, we’re always ready for support. Dark Mode V2 was a big update, and we’re really sorry that you are facing some issues. Could you email us your issue a bit more in detail (What’s working/what’s not working? We’d love it if you also send your admin credentials if it’s okay. It’d help us to debug faster)

    Also, you could head over to WP Dark Mode -> Settings -> Color Settings -> Enable Color Presets and choose a preset to see if it fixes temporarily for you while we fix as per your preference.

    Yes I can change the color settings to see if that helps and I will send an email.

    Color settings change did not help with glitching. Still getting sections showing in light when they should be dark and dark when they should be light. Toggle button still does not function properly. I have sent the email and will await further instructions.

    Hi

    I’m using the free version and just noticed that what was once grey now is white on my page, I tried what was mentioned above but nothing worked.

    Everything that is white used to be dark grey, any other suggestions? I’m running Twenty Fourteen theme.

    Blockquote goes white in dark mode, then text highlighted in blockquote also goes white making the blockquote unreadable.
