dark background on post edit screen

    When I look at the post edit screen I see the background color that I’ve chosen for the site showing. Since this color is a dark grey, it makes it hard to work on this screen. Any ideas on how to turn this function off? This does not show on a live blog post, just on the edit screen. I can send a screenshot if wanted.
