Its look like there is some misunderstanding. We have added credit under popup and you can remove it from plugin setting.
If you are updating the plugin from older version then you need to update the database (we have given option for this) as we have made lots of changes in 2.0 version.
Gooday, since version 2, your plugin breaks completely on our website with the close button hanging around the top right hand side of the screen and all modals lying beneath the website template with a horizontal scroll bar because of it. We are using WPBakery, WPML and have to roll back to version 1.9.21 for it to work on our production site.
You mentioned in this thread, having to update the database if updating from an older version. Please can you provide more details for this as we need to update and get this to work on our production website with the latest WordPress and other plugin updates. Please urgently advise. We only use Pop-up anything – we would like the premium functionality for this specifically (none of the other additional plugins) but can’t get the default plugin to work in WordPress as mentioned from version 2 upwards.

You need to “Database Update” for version 2.0. After “Database Update” our plugin will work properly.
