Dagon Design Form Mailer: No Verification – Lable displayed instead of

Hi!
After upgrading the plugin the verification imgage isn’t displayed any longer. Instead of the name of the lable is displayed the 2nd time.
Strange enough: After reloading the former version it creates the same error – suddenly.
What could be the cause?
