 * Thanks for great plugin.
    I am looking for an option to disable free shipping
   when user is using coupons Or enable free shipping if coupons =0 and cart amount
   is al least $229 (currently when choosing coupons = 0 as a condition in you plugin,
   free shipping is not available).

 * Hi Amit,
 * It is correct that when you set a condition coupon = 0 it will not show, that
   makes the system require someone to have the coupon ‘0’ to be applied.
 * What you can do, is create condition(s) coupon != ABC, to make sure that coupon
   is not applied to the cart. If you have multiple coupons, you should add every
   one of them.
 * One other option would be to create a new custom condition ‘coupon code applied’,
   but that does require some custom coding. If that is possible for you, I can 
   send you a example script of how to add a new custom condition 🙂
