@shameemreza : The plugin was working before the Woocommerce update. That’s the point. The author of the plugin advised me to contact Woocommerce support.

It appears that the issue you’re experiencing is related to the Packeta plugin.
Given that the Packeta plugin was last updated 3 months ago, and WooCommerce has had several major updates since then, the plugin might have compatibility issues with the newer version of WooCommerce.
Please go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and review any recent error logs.
These logs might provide insights into what’s causing the issue with the Packeta plugin.
If you find any error logs, contact the Packeta plugin support and share those logs.

But as my colleagues mentioned, since the issue is with Packeta, please share the logs with their support so they can take a look and assist you further, as we are only able to assist with the core WooCommerce plugin and its features here.
I understand the issue started after you updated Woo, but keeping the plugin compatible with the current WooCommerce version is something the third-party plugin needs to do.
