# Cyrillic problems

 * Hello everyone!
 * I make a theme that it must be in bulgarian. The posts, menus and other such 
   things (defaut) are showin as they shoud be. Like a link in the menu:
    Контакти,(
   contacts). But i wana put some static data in the site.
 * If i write something in the *.php file like `<h3>Новини</h3>` (news), it shows??????(
   black square , white sign) I had try everything i found in the net, but this 
   never get fix.
