    Hi Guys,
i wonder how can i change the settings in the email messages to show cyrilic font like normal instead of some numbers. For example in the message appear: Thanks for booking an appointment. Your appointment details are:
Appointment Time: 2018-03-01 15:00:00 Service: = =D0=90=D0=B1=D0=BE…. and so on. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Nikolay,

If you go to the “Emails” tab in the plugin admin, are you using the [service] shortcode in the email that gets sent? If so, then, if you go to the “Services” tab, do the names of your services show up correctly there?

In your general WordPress settings, what is set for your site language? Make sure it’s set to something that uses the Cyrillic alphabet.

Also, are you using any plugins for mailing?

    Hallo,
many thanks for the quick answer. Actually i found a solution for my problem. So, i just changed the font from “Helvetica” to “Roboto” that is working at hundred precent as latin and cyrilic fonts. I explored the files of the plugin and i’l give you the path for the file that i changed:” wp-content/plugins/ultimate-appointment-scheduling/Functions/EWD_UASP_Reminders.php”
It will be great for me in the future updates of the plugin if it’s possible of course to be with appropriate font for the reminder Emails on latin and cyrilic. By the way you’ve done excelent job with this plugin. Thanks a lot.

    Hi Nikolay,

Thanks for that tip! That definitely makes sense, if the font itself doesn’t have Cyrillic characters.
