Cyclone Slider not functioning on secondary pages

    Apparently, my secondary pages do not contain the following code

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='superhero-flex-slider-style-css' href='http://laurenlindley.com/wp-content/themes/superhero/js/flex-slider/flexslider.css?ver=3.5.1' type='text/css' media='all'/>

    I’m not sure how to add this?
