# Cycle 2 Auto height

 * Can you describe how to get the auto hide function working? I don’t need instructions
   from the Cycle 2 site, I want to know how to activate this and where **in your
   plugin**. Your description of this in my last support topic was not very clear.

 * Slideshow you see is a gif-animation of a Cycle2 slideshow (height stays the 
   same as the highest picture, or maybe the first picture, you see a post under
   it which doesn’t bump.
 * As I understand this is also how the auto height feature can be made work (?)

 * Hey datiswous,
 * Sorry if that wasn’t very clear last time. The thing is that, right now, in order
   to fix it you would need to mess around with Cycle because that functionality
   is not built into the plugin in any way.
 * Basically, the only difference between my plugin and what you send me is that
   the container’s height is adjusted after every slide vs. staying the same. Is
   this correct? Am I missing something?

 * The container size doesn’t change. With your plugin, the container size is changing
   with every different image size. This is anoying and ugly on blog-page.
 * Anyway, when I use: `.cycle-slideshow img {height: 300px;width: auto;}` ,
    I 
   get the configuration I had with the old plugin version with Cycle2. Off course
   this completly destroys the responsiveness and also resizes smaller images to
   300px.
