    today, a customer paid with legitimate credit card on our e-store, but CVC code was rejected/failed by Stripe so it blocked the payment… but the payment processed anyway for the client, the client sees “pending” payment status in her account…is this normal behaviour? How much time has to wait the client to get his money back?

    What this may be is just an “authorization” for the amount of money they would have been charged had the CVC been correct. Normally, these authorization charges fall off the bank account in a few business days.

    If the client can update their card info to be correct, you should be able to process the renewal for them, which will wind up actually charging them.
