• Tweetily is working fine for me, but I notice that any posts between 125 and 140 characters get truncated, and more is removed even than is necessary. It will have no problem tweeting the full text of a post that is 100, 110, 120 characters, but then it will truncate a post that is 126 characters and chop it back not to, say, 120, but all the way back to 110. Here is a specific example:

Full post to be tweeted by Tweetily (126 characters): “All God does is watch us and kill us when we get boring. We must never, ever be boring.” ~Chuck Palahniuk, Invisible Monsters

Tweetily’s truncated tweet of the above post (110 characters): “All God does is watch us and kill us when we get boring. We must never, ever be boring.” ~Chuck Palahniuk,…

No additional text (i.e. tags or categories) was spec’d to be appended to this tweet. This happens every time with any tweet of about 125 characters or more, and definitely seems like a bug.

Another bug: If you include an ampersand (&) in your post instead of “and” as a way to use 2 fewer characters, Tweetily converts the ampersand to the ASCII code (&), which uses 5 characters, an increase of 2 over just using “and”.

Please help with both issues, but especially the first. Thanks.
