Custumizer is not working

    Hello, awesome ppl,

    I am working on a client-server, which is GoDaddy and whenever I try to access the theme customizer, it prompts me the connection is not secure and it doesn’t load. I tried other themes to see if it works and the customizer works in other themes. I tried disabling all plugins in case its a conflict but still not working.

    I need your help, thanks

    Hi @nascollab,

    Are you using the latest version of the Astra theme? Do you have any errors on the browser console? If you do, please capture a screenshot and share it with us.

    I’m getting a similar issue…my sites are hosted on GoDaddy too. When I click Appearance ? Customize, after about 15 seconds I get “Secure connection failed”. If I deactivate the Astra Pro plugin, the problem goes away. I have submitted a support ticket to BSF.

    I have all the lettest plugin and theme. I am also using GoDaddy host

    Since the issue is not visible from the frontend (for non-admin users), please consider contacting us through our Support Portal so we can investigate this further.
