 * I’m new to custom fields. I want to create a site for a musician friend.
 * He has about six different genres he wants to use as different pages on his site.
   On each page he will have 5-10 entries. So every page will be blog-like.
 * In each entry will be..
    1- a photo 2- a description 3- a music player
 * I would like for him to be able to possibly use custom fields to upload a new
   entry. Is this possible with custom fields? Do I have to create a blog for every
   page? Or is there an easier way to achieve this?

 * I would suggest that you use categories for the site. You can assign a category
   to a page using the [Page Links To plugin](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-links-to/).
 * You can see an example of its use at [BluegrassMiataClub.com](http://BluegrassMiataClub.com).
   All of the pages under ‘Ads and More’ and ‘Good Stuff’ are handled this way.
 * Then, to add a new entry on a page, just create a post and assign it to the correct
   category – done!
