What kind of custom fields are you talking about?
Comments are disabled, but would like to activate them again, and this is not possible in the post page (in the Panel). The same happens with the custon fields of post page (posts) there is no way to add fields, I’m trying to adapt because I need additional custon fields (a normal theme comes with custon fields enabled, visible on the page of posts, this is not visible). Sorry my bad english, i’m fron brazil.
You need to filter quality_register_ticket_post_type which is an array of values that registers the post type. You need to add custom fields and comments to the supports array. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_post_type
