Customizr theme is causing problems with my contact form

    Hello,

    My contact form is not displaying in my contact page. I contacted the plugin in charged of the form and they found that the form displays correctly when my theme is disabled. They suggested I should contact my theme’s support.

    Which contact form plugin are you using?
    Do you have any optimization or cache plugin installed?

    Watching the error console from the browser, I can see the following:

    Uncaught TypeError: t is undefined

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    So JS issues from ninja-forms.

    I would check for optimization plugins first. And also check the performance settings from Customizr, see if disabling some of them help.

    What type of optimization plugins do I need? And, what exactly should I disable in the settings from Customizr?

    Hello,

    I’m not saying you need an optimization plugin, I’m saying if you have any, you should try with it disabled, because it can sometimes affect scripts in a bad way.

    I would go to Advanced / Website performance
    And try with everything disabled, then clear browser cache and try again, see if it helps.

    Otherwise, you can just use WPForms Lite or Contact Form 7, I’ve been using these two without any issues.
