I am trying out Customizr for the first time. There are some things I really like about it. I have a site in progress at http://rentalwi.com/

I do have a child theme. I do use Chrome tools to inspect elements.

The site looks fine, but I am using a PNG file of 785k for the header image and would prefer an identical JPG image that is only 344K. The problem is when I load the jpg image; it blows it up about 300%.

They appear to be put in the same way with the only difference being the image file type. Am I missing something? This site is for a client and I rather not display a live version jpg version, but have a screenshot at http://packerlandwebsites.com/BillsBlog/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Banner-issue.jpg

    Thanks for your input.

    Found the issue.

There was a conflict with a plugin. Somehow, the plugin must have effected the uploaded image. Even when you clicked on the image url it look good, but not in the slider.

    Maybe it was slider conflict?

Anyway, if you disable the plugin, upload the image, add it slider and then reactivate the plugin everything will work.

I wanted to leave this note because it drives me crazy when I search these forums and the solution ends up being, “never mind, I found it”. This always tell me they are glad to have the forum but only to take. I hope this might help someone out.
