Can not customize theme. No change in settings affects the layout
Here is the error message I see on top of the customize page:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /hermes/bosnaweb03a/b240/myd.joss0ne/public_html/site/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-utils.php on line 697.
It’s been working fine for more then two years.
Works fine on another subdomain for french version of site. I have the version 3.1.23 on WP 4.0
The site is in maintance mode as it doesn’t display the content correctly.

  • Try switching to a different theme, (eg twentyfourteen) and see if any errors. Then switch back to Czr.

    Try reinstalling Czr

    Hi,

I did switch to twenty thirteen and the error message wasn’t there. I could make changes to the settings for this theme
I re-installed Customizr, the problem was there again, even if I choose the new child theme you provided.
It would be nice if the creator of the site be aware of the problem.

Hi, this seems to be related to your sliders.
Can you please describe what you did (if you did anything of course) with your slider(s) before the issue showed up?
    Thanks

    Hi Nikeo

I dind’t do any changes to the sliders for a long while. My hosting services tried to correct the issue but it seemed to have worsened along the way. I have lost content of some pages and others are partially damaged. I will try to resolve the issue by uploading via php a db back-up of 10 days ago hoping that it will correct the situation.

Just uploaded the 2 weeks old db back-up via phpMyadmin and everything is back in order. All pages are working fine. I should have thought of that option right from the beginning. I guess this is part of the learning experience.

I just remember that I had a problem when I activated W3 Total Cache last week. I didn’t note down the message I got at that time. So I am afraid to activate the plugin again and create the problem again.
