Customizr – Adding a new wigitised area to the right in the header

Hi there,

I’m having some issues when trying to create a new div and widget area in the header to the right of the navbar. I have adjusted the width of the navbar container to the correct size. The remaining area to the right of this is where I am hoping to add a new div that I can widgetise in order to add a login feature. I’m finding it difficult to figure out which hook to use within the theme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am fairly new to WordPress but have some experience with HTML and CSS.
