 * Hi, Thank you for your help 🙂
 * When customising the first block of footers, I am trying to place a link to a
   PDF (in media) to open in a different tab. Each time I attempt to edit the link,
   the widget jumps back to a big block ‘103’
 * All plugins, themes and WordPress are latest versions.

 * this will open your pdf link in new tab also don’t forget to change the domain
   and text
