    hi all,

    With some help from stvwlf I just moved my old free WordPress.com content to my new blog. I am working in “Thematic” and I need to start customizing the style. I looked around the CSS, but it was pretty thin and unfamiliar to me. I couldn’t see any way to adjust columns and margins and set fonts and so on. Do I just need to start adding elements to the style sheet, or do I do that someplace else?

    you know the default Thematic style is really pretty good for me. i have next to nil programming experience. can anybody just point me in the direction of styling margins and column widths. that’s all that i want to change for now. i just figred out how to change the typeface.

    i have also been able to adjust margins.

    now i am stuck trying to figure out how to load a banner image(?).
