Customizing the layout in my theme

    Hi everyone.

    If you take a look at my site, I want to eliminate the space above each page title and below the site title / site description.

    there’s a long horizontal dotted line below the site title, and a 75px space, and then a shorter dotted line above the page title.

    if i could remove that shorter dotted line and move each page content up closer to the header.

    i dont know which template to do that with. thx!
