Customizing the confirmation email

Hi there. Just starting to test this out, in conjunction with Events Calendar. So far, so good!
Can you direct me to how/where we can edit the outgoing confirmation email that goes with the RSVP function for any given ticket type? Specifically, my client needs to approve registrations, so the rsvp’s coming in are basically a request asking for a reservation. At bare minimum, they need a way to customize the outgoing email letting people know that their request was received, but not yet confirmed and that they’ll hear back. (The followup email will be done manually.)
Less crucial: the ability to message all attendees for any given event would also be a fabulous feature for future releases.
