Customizing stuck to demo

    I jut installed this theme (Travel Lite), which looked good on the demo however I seem to be stuck with the demo!
    My issue is:
    It seems that it is preloaded with the demo info, images, text, sub-header etc.
    but I can´t seem to be able to change this or even locate this to change it.
    when i put new info, it just overlaps but I seem to be stuck removing stuff or adding things to the home page, for example.
    Any video or tutorial to understand how this works?
    Hoping for a reply asap otherwise I will have to change themes. thanks

    Ok I could finally find this before-invisible Travel Options section (i didn´t have the option showing before) in the Theme menu by deleting and redoing a lot of things., not sure exactly what.

    however now am stuck with other problems
    The title of my blog seems to be stuck into one place all over the pages, which is ok on the home page but doesn´t seem to move on the other pages so it`s like on top of text and other elements.

    On the home page, there are these feature images and features content, they seem interactive (as some click and I can put my mouse over it), can this be linked to a post?

    Also when I am in the post page or in the individual posts, I can´t seem to be able to have the reply/discussions/ comments section. (it only works from the archives) Am not sure this is a theme problem but more like a wordpress problem but any help would be appreciated.
