# Customizing Slug

    I am trying to customize the Slug for jobs. I am following the tutorial

 * I am not really understanding the domain parameter you have provided in the very
   first example “Changing the permalink base using filters”, you give:
 * `$args['rewrite']['slug'] = _x( 'careers', 'Job permalink - resave permalinks
   after changing this', 'job_manager' );`
 * What is the significance of the ‘job_manager’ domain value??
