Is there a way to customize the text that says:

This post is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:

It’s simply a matter of adding a margin so that it’ll match my theme. I’ve searched the codex for every combination of password, protect, theme, and customize. Thanks again, this forum has been very kind to me 😀

  • It can be found in the template-functions-post.php file in your wp-includes directory.

Just make sure you remember to keep or copy over your changes every time you upgrade your WordPress install! Personally I use a file/directory compare program called CSDiff for this — it’s a Godsend!

Thank you so much! That program also sounds very useful 😀
