Customizing options disappear in WP 4.1

    Recently I have upgraded my staging site (using Pho 1.0) to WP 4.1. When I go to Appearance / Customize, the individual theme customization options briefly appear and immediately disappear. Only the header (“You are customizig …”) remains visible.

    Tested with both Chrome and Firefox and with all plugins disabled. With WordPress 4.0, the customizer was working as expected. I am not sure about 4.01, as I upgraded directly from 4.0 to 4.1.

    Update: this seems to be a common issue with WP 4.1. After clearing my browser cache and all site caches (nginx & pagespeed), the customizer is working fine again.

    Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.
