Customizing not working

    hello,

    I have two forms on my website: homepage and another popup that shows up after some time using the website.

    In the homepage form i can make all customizations and it’s working great.
    In the popup form page it looks great in his customization page(not popup effectively), but when i try to see it in the popup it looks the old way, like no changes were made.
