Customizing Nextpage Tag

    When I use the nextpage tag to paginate posts, I get the standard:

    Pages: 1 2 3 4 5

    But what I really want is for it to say:

    You are on page X of Y
    Pages: 1 2 3 4 5

    I see the PHP code in the single.php file. I’m just not sure what to change it to…?
