Customizing Navbar

Hi,

I’ve searched the forums and tried multiple snippets and plugins but am struggling to achieve what I want.
I’m fairly confident following intermediate instructions.

I’m using customizr 3.2 and want to customize the navbar/create an area above it. Basically, I want to put the logo, our phone number and an accreditation logo in a bordered box above the navigation menu.
