Customizing Link Color & Bullets

The link styles are in the bootstrap.css file line 209 and the bullet boxes are styled using ::before pseudo elements line 94 of style.css

Using chrome or firefox you can inspect elements by right clicking on them. It will tell you which styles are being applied and what file the styles are written.
