Customizing layout in Genesis?

On the front page of my blog there’s two whole blog posts, and four post that you have to click to read more. The comment link is right under the post title, and on the two first posts I’d like to add a second comment link in the end too.

I’m familiar with some coding, but the blog is running on the Genesis frame, and I can’t seem to find where the coding for this is. Can somebody please help me?
