customizing email preview

    Is it possible to customize the email preview that appear in the list view of the emails, in the inbox of the recipient? When I send myself a test message, I see “View in browser…” in the preview section and it’s kinda weird.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your question!

    The preview of your email is usually determined by the ISP in question e.g. Google, Microsoft, etc. and the option to “View in browser” is added by default.

    When designing your campaigns or transactional emails, I recommend you use our “Preview on email clients” option to verify how the email will look across all ISPs and between mobile and desktop users.
