 * For some reason or another, WordPress runs into problems connecting to the mySQL
database powering it (probably more of a TextDrive problem). This isn’t usually
much of a problem because shortly afterwards, the connection is re-established
and my web page shows up just fine. I’d just like to be able to customize the
error page so that instead of the generic error page, I can load an alternative
page that informs users that the weblog section is down but the static pages
are all available. Does anyone have any ideas what file needs to be editied?

 * it is contained at the bottom of /wp-includes/wp-db.php
