customizing cart-totals.php

    Hello, i added two rows in cart-totals.php (in child theme) table and it works fine.
    But if i am on mobile phone (screen size under 767px) these aditional row have no th content

    It seems to me, that overwritten file in child theme is not aplied for theese screen sizes (under 767px)

    Have you any idea where to fix it?
