I really should have taken the time to write a decent post. No error messages occur. Whenever I attempt to adjust settings for individual media links, the dialog box resets as soon as I hit the “insert the code” button. On all the instances I have on different servers and on different theme it doesn’t happens. * You should first investigate what is the cause by changing the theme; switching off the other plug-ins. * You can also try installing a previous version of the plug in and tell me if it does work: [http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-miniaudioplayer/developers/](http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-miniaudioplayer/developers/) That could help. I have also attempted ~10 different themes.
