That you for sharing the snapshot.
The title you are checking is the page title, not the post title.
Please go to APpearance > Customize > General Options > Page Title, here change the heading tag, and check.

No, i not need change tag for pages.
You can first try the above setting on the staging site and check if it is working or not.
And there is the setting for the single post also that what you want to show in the page title blog or post title.
That you can choose via Appearance > Customize > Single-post, here select the page header title according to need.
