# Customizer Trouble

 * Hello everyone,
    I am facing this issue from past 1 week. I am unable to customize
   my website. Everytime I press the customize option there is just a blank screen
   with just a widget option. I have tried deactivating all my plugins but that 
   didn’t work either. I am using the theme Ocean WP and when I change the theme
   the customize option works fine but I don’t wish to change the theme. Can someone
   please help me.
 * Note: I am not a coder and I don’t have any experience in coding so if you can
   please explain me in layman terms that would be great
