# Customizer Not Loading

 * Theme tools are not working.
 * I’ve seen this question/issue on the forums but no 2014 thread – everything suggested
   is still not working.
 * Not sure why it won’t load or appear for any active themes.
 * I think this happened after I updated my WordPress version.
